Over 20 art galleries are ready for viewing, furnished with eye-popping art and sculptures. A few of these galleries double as shops that sell quality antiques along with art. Shopping boutiques flood the streets, gearing customers up with stylish mountain gear. Check out Prospect, a high-end but laid-back boutique. There are many other shops around that provide gear for the outdoor activities popular in the area, like Jans, which sells mountain attire as well as gear for expeditions and winter sports. Things to Do in Old Town, Park City

 
Grab the kids and take them to the local City Park. There are courts for every popular outdoor sport, from basketball to tennis. Grab some beef and put the provided charcoal pit to use. Catch the Kimball Art Festival if you’re in town during early August. The Kimball Fest is a town favorite with art classes for kids and vendors from all over the world selling their beautiful pieces.

Stroll through Main Street on Car Free Sundays and give the Park Silly Sunday Market a go. This multipurpose event serves as another artist market as well as a farmers’ market and street festival. Street parking and lots are free, with private lots available for purchase.

There are many events in the city based around food, with the most notable being Savor the Summit. Select restaurants from Main Street feed 2,500 people outdoors with live music. More live music can be enjoyed, with Mountain Town Music organizing consistent concerts throughout the year.
